Privacy First: We collect minimal data, automatically delete all files, and never permanently store your content.

1. Information We Collect

• Files you upload and metadata (name, size, time)
• IP addresses for rate limiting and abuse prevention
• Browser info and device type
• Cookies for session management (anonymous ID only)

2. How We Use Information

We use information to: provide file hosting, enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, improve service, comply with legal obligations. We do NOT use uploaded files for advertising, analytics, or profiling.

3. Data Retention

• All files auto-deleted after selected period (1-48 hours)
• Access logs: 30 days maximum
• Rate limiting data: 24 hours
• Session cookies: 1 year (anonymous ID only)

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your information. Disclosure only when required by law, to prevent abuse, or to protect our rights.

5. Security

HTTPS encryption for all transfers. Secure server infrastructure via Cloudflare. Automatic file deletion minimizes data exposure.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Cloudflare CDN for security and performance. Cloudflare may process your IP address for DDoS protection.

7. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for users under 13 years old.
